课程简介：本课程讲授外国合同法，特别是英美法体系下的英国合同法的基本体系和基础知识，以帮助学生初步掌握案例分析方法和判例法国家合同法的基本特点，使其能够对于相关知识点和案例进行初步的独立分析与判断。开课目的，包括提高学生英文法学学习和研究的能力，提高专业法律英语的水平，提升国际化视野。课程预期效果，包括能够初步具备英文法学思维，掌握英文法学写作以及专业口语的表达能力。
Introduction: This course addresses issues on Anglo-American Law of Contract, in particular, the English Law of Contract. Comprehensively, students will acquire knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of the Anglo-American Law of contract, in particular the English Law of Contract. Students can develop a range of academic skills, including the way of reading and writing legal English cases.

课程简介：本课程基于知识产权前沿领域的立法和司法实践，结合美国制度经验，运用互联网相关技术为研究学习基础，构建知识产权法学学习的交叉学科教学模式。课程教学重点在于知识产权法律制度中的著作权法、商标法在技术应用环境下的法律适用，难点在于评估和预测知识产权法律制度对于前沿技术的规范方式和调整方向。通过双语背景下的互动授课教学方法，以授课教师提出问题与案例引导学生回答思考的教学方法，完成该课程的授课过程。课程内容包括著作权与人工智能、商标与关键词推广以及知识产权价值论等前沿问题。
Introduction: This course makes use of available resources such as legislation on state-of-the-art area and judicial practice with the US experiences, which based on the internet technology to constitute the interdisciplinary teaching method. The concentration of this course is the analyze the legal implementation, law enforcement as well as the judicial construe of Copyright law and Trademark law in the field of technology. The difficulty is the assessment and prediction over the regulatory effect and impact on technology by the intellectual property law. Accompanied with bilingual teaching, this course promotes the general understanding of students on the development and regulation of online intellectual property, and facilitate their logical thinking on latest issues on the interrelation of law, technology as well as market. Course content includes forefront issue such as copyright and AI, trademark with Keyword advertising, Intellectual Property value, etc.
